Pro work orders now arrive as a PDF attached to a short email, ready to print or forward to your crew, and the dashboard's Download PDF button gives you the exact same file.
Make a recipe without leaving the processing screen

When an invoice line item has no recipe, a new button on the matching pop-up opens the recipe form with the item name already filled in from your invoice, and the recipe you make attaches to the work order you are processing right then.

Tooltips and short how-to blocks now sit next to the steps that need them, the smaller text has stronger contrast against the black background, and the dashboard works properly with a keyboard and a screen reader.

Balloons that need helium are now counted separately on the work order and in the pull list, so your crew can see what needs a tank before anyone starts inflating.
Color pull lists are live

The work order now splits your size totals by color, so the pull list tells your crew how many of each balloon to pull in each color instead of just how many in total.
