Work orders now arrive as a PDF attachment

Your work order now arrives as a short email with a PDF attached, instead of a long email body that was awkward to read, print and forward. That's true whether you process in your Pro dashboard or email invoices in.

The PDF carries everything the old email did: the pull list by color, inflate by size, line items, recipes and your branding. Items, recipes, pull-list boxes and color groups stay whole across page breaks, so nothing gets cut in half. Plus, the file is small, so it prints cleanly and forwards easily from your phone.

The Download PDF button on your dashboard now returns the exact same file as the email, too, so what you check on screen is what your crew gets. In the rare case a PDF can't be built, the email still goes out as a plain-text work order with a short note explaining why. And the results list no longer says "Sent" when a send actually failed; it shows "Not sent" with a Send again button, and re-sending costs no extra credits.
