Legal ยท Invoice Incognito
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 18, 2026
Invoice Incognito is a service provided by Let Nicole Help, LLC. This policy explains how we handle your data.
What we collect
- Files you upload (invoice PDFs or images)
- Your email address (Invoice Incognito uses passwordless sign-in, so we send a one-time link to your email instead of storing a password)
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type)
- Analytics data through cookies on our marketing pages (see Analytics & cookies below)
How we use it
- To process your files and generate price-free work orders
- To deliver your results and manage your account and credits
- To send transactional email, such as your results and sign-in links
- To improve performance and reliability
Your files
Your files are used only to generate redacted work orders. Financial details are stripped on our server before the work order is created; the numbers never reach the page you download. We do not sell or share your files. Files may be temporarily stored to complete processing and are periodically deleted.
Analytics & cookies
On our marketing pages we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use the site; this sets cookies. Our recipes teaser page also loads a marketing pixel (OfferHype). We deliberately keep these off the page where your invoices are processed, consistent with our privacy-first approach.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to operate the service: Anthropic (AI parsing of your uploaded files), Supabase (account and activity storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Flodesk (optional marketing email for free users), and Cloudflare and Netlify (hosting and delivery). Your uploaded files are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the redacted version.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe and never touch our servers.
Marketing email
If you are on our free plan, we may send occasional marketing email through Flodesk. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data with the service providers listed above only as needed to run Invoice Incognito.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can contact us to access your data, request deletion, or ask questions.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above.

Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 18, 2026
Use of service
Invoice Incognito allows you to upload invoices and generate price-free versions for internal use. Results may vary depending on file quality and format.
Accounts
Invoice Incognito uses passwordless sign-in; you access your account through a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure.
Credits & payments
The service operates on a credit system. Each processed file uses credits. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and never expire.
Pro features
Pro accounts unlock recipes, which let you save specs and attach them automatically to matching invoice line items. Recipe storage is subject to a per-account limit shown in your dashboard. Promotional storage upgrades, when offered, apply under the terms stated in the promotion.
Refund policy
If something didn't work right, we'll make it right.
If a file does not process as intended, we will restore the credits used for that file if you contact us within 7 days.
Credits used for successful processing are non-refundable. We do not offer monetary refunds.
Data handling
Files are processed to generate redacted outputs, as described in our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Acceptable use
Please use Invoice Incognito only for lawful purposes, and only for invoices you have the right to process.
Availability
We may update or modify the service at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
Let Nicole Help, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
